We provide dumpster rental services for residential, commercial, and construction projects. Availability

may vary based on location and scheduling.

2. Rental Periods

Standard rental terms are outlined at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extended

rental periods, excess weight, or restricted materials.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure proper placement of the dumpster on site (driveway, lot, or approved surface). Do not overload

dumpsters or place prohibited items (e.g., hazardous waste, chemicals, tires, batteries). Obtain any

required permits for placement if necessary. Ensure safe and accessible conditions for drop-off and

pickup.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Additional fees (overweight,

overfill, extra days) will be invoiced as applicable.

5. Liability

SE Dumpster Solutions is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or property caused by

normal delivery/pickup of dumpsters. SE Dumpster Solutions is also not responsible for injuries or

accidents caused by misuse of dumpsters or unsafe loading.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted to our website.
